individual or its personnel. Every company’s organization relies upon the
unique and exclusive skill, ability sets and talents each individual can offer
to there company. Nevertheless, there is a need to straight and direct these
person efforts in a single direction in order to bring harmonious success to
the organization. By taking initiative on making and forming a team building to

go to Eden nature Park and Resort. Last June 2012 we had a 3 days 2 night team
building exposure and that makes are trust to each other mold. Eden Nature park
is a perfect place bon fire and share what each other’s activity and thoughts. We
do the obstacle course and mountain trial after doing the muddy trial we go to their
swimming pool and refresh our self for a night of party. We stayed at pine
Logged and gardenia Cottage. The place is really fully natures the birds,
peacock and the running water from the river gives your stress away and have
fun.

Second best place for team building is the beach. We all
know that the best place to be relaxed and enjoy is the beach. So book the Isla Reta Beach Resort at Talicud
island Samal Davao City. Isla reta have a long beach shoreline and it is a
perfect place for games. There service is one really cool. One thing that makes
this beach good for team building because it is semi private beach resort in
talicud Island. And Reaching talicud island you must ride a isla reta pump boat
for only Php 60.00 and second is you can hire a private pump boat just what we
did when we had a summer beach team building.
Third, if you are just looking around the city you can go to
an outdoor team building. Davao Zipline Outland Adventure is one of a wonderful
place to pump your adrenaline rush.
Rates and Hours of Operation:
Rate per zip ride is Php 500.00 per person, and a 50%
Outland Adventure is open from Mondays through Saturdays at 8AM to 5AM, and on
Sundays from 1PM to 5PM.
Team building activities can be conducted with the help of a
facilitating group or self-facilitated through a mutual consensus of the team.
So whatever place you want to conduct your team building the point is you must
gain the Attitude, you can motivate your personnel and learn to be successful
in every endeavor of your life or in the office.
