Water Tubing at Toyozo Mountain Resort |
Summer is gone and the rainy season is about to come. For us
who love to swim, need relaxation or just enjoy traveling, Philippines is lucky
to have the rich island of Mindanao. From
islands and highlands during summer to this rainy season’s hot springs,
Mindanao has a lot to offer.
This rainy season let us enjoy traveling down south to the
hot springs of Compostella Valley. For me, the best hot spring resort to go to is
the Toyozu Mountain Resort. Toyozu is located in Barangay Bukal, Nabunturan, Compostella
Valley Province or ComVal.

The Municipality of Nabunturan actively promotes this
Japanese-inspired mountain resort. As we all know, Japanese are known for steam
bath and sauna. So, partnering with the local government, the owner of the land
came up with the idea of developing the natural hot spring in Nabunturan for
eco-tourism. People from neighboring cities and even foreigners have kept on
coming back to Toyozu Mountain Resort for a fun, steamy dip or to make use of
the health benefits that the natural hot spring is known for.
What are the other outdoor activities you can do in Toyozu
Mountain Resort? Just beside the resort, there’s a river where you can enjoy
the water river rapids. Water Tubing is one of the best outdoor activities that
you can experience in Toyozu.
One HOT experience!

They don't allow overnight in an open cottage, you have to get a room... if you bring a tent, they will charge you 500.
